DATE: Sunday, May 19, 2024 (The Charm House Tour is always on the Sunday after Mother’s Day.)

TIME: You may start your tour anytime between 12 noon and 3 PM; the buses run continuously and transport you to the houses. Visiting all the houses usually take 2-3 hours. You may view each house as long or briefly as you please. The houses close for viewing at 5:00 PM. ALL BUS SERVICE WILL END AT 5:30 PM.

WHERE: The tour begins and ends in front of the Festival of Arts grounds, 650 Laguna Canyon Road, Laguna Beach, CA 92651.

CLOTHING AND SHOES: We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and walking shoes during the tour. There are steps and uneven surfaces within the homes and surroundings. No high heels, please.

TICKETS: Sales are limited to avoid overcrowding. Admission is $70 each presale and $80 on the day of the Tour. At the sign-in location you will be given a wrist band for admission to all the locations.

PARKING: All day parking is available for $4 at the lot directly across Laguna Canyon Road from the Tour Bus pick up at the Festival of Arts Grounds.

We regret that the tour cannot accommodate children under 12. Uneven surfaces and steps may preclude participation by persons with mobility challenges. Backpacks and photos are prohibited inside the homes; cell phones must be put away and turned off.
