Contributions are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions to San Mateans for Sensible Land Use are unlimited. Contributors will be publicly reported on our campaign statement. Contributors of $10,000 or more to all California state and local ballot measures, candidates, PACs, and Party Committees will be required to publicly file FPPC Form 461. Contributions from a single donor of $50,000 or more will require the committee to add the contributor’s name to all public advertisements.
