Terms and Conditions

Contributions to Victoria Garcia for Assembly 2024 are limited to $5,500 per person, per election. Contributions are not tax deductible for federal income purposes. Contributions from foreign nationals are prohibited. FPPC regulations require us to collect and report the name, physical address, employer and occupation of all donors who aggregate more than $100. State law prohibits reimbursing donors for their contribution.
