Contributions to Christy Smith for Congress are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. The Committee may accept $2,900 per election from individuals and $5,000 per election from federal multicandidate PACs. Contributions from corporations, labor organizations and foreign nationals without legal permanent residency status are prohibited. Contributions must be made from the donor's own funds. 

Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle.
