On March 25, 2025, President Trump pardoned Devon Archer, remarking that Archer, business partner to disgraced Hunter Biden, Joe Biden’s son, had been treated unfairly in his prosecution. President Trump said he had reviewed the records thoroughly and carefully considered making the pardon after “many requests for him to do so”.
Requests to pardon Devon Archer came after Archer’s willingness to testify to Congress on the Biden Business “Crime Family”. He did so, yet was sentenced to jail.
