The Republican Party of Los Angeles County is pleased to present special invited speaker Dr. John Eastman, Chairman of the Federalist Society's practice group on federalism and separation of powers. Dr. Eastman is one of the pre-eminent Constitutional scholars, educators and attorneys in this country.
