Angel Force USA and our Military Mental Health Advisory Council always feature a “Pathway to Zero” at our Summits and mini-Summits.  This year, at our annual Stop SuiSilence Summit, we are excited to host a cutting-edge discussion on Nature-Based Therapies for Depression: Helpful or Hurtful. Depression is a leading cause of suicidal ideation, attempted suicides and completed suicides. Over 30 FDA-approved medications used to treat suicide carry black box warnings for suicide, as a side effect, resulting in a dramatic need for alternatives.
