AACSC will continue to be proactive in creating new alliances, engaging elected officials in meaningful conversations, and in growing our influence overall.
In order for us to maximize our efforts, we have now created the following political action committee organizations:
AACSC Legal Fund: Court litigations are time-consuming and costly. An attack on one property owner is an attack on all, and a strong AACSC Legal Fund can ensure that the industry's collective voice is heard.
AACSC Issues PAC: When cities bring forth ballot initiatives and legislative measures that aren’t in the best interest of property owners, the AACSC Issues PAC implements strategies that raise awareness and lobbies to protect the rights and interests of our members and everyone in the multi-family, rental housing industry overall.
AACSC Candidate PAC: As the original political arm of the AACSC, the AACSC Candidate PAC builds relationships with political interests and supports those candidates for offices that have a sincere interest and understanding of the needs and the issues faced by the rental housing industry, while proving themselves to be dedicated allies.
